So I finally perfected one of my favorite breakfast recipes, banana pancakes!
2 ripe bananas
1 beaten egg
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step one: Mash up bananas
Step two: Mix bananas, eggs, milk and vegetable oil in one bowl
Step three: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Step four: Mix the two bowls together using a whisk. (I like to add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract at this step)
Step five: Spray spam on a pan and cook pancakes!
